Welcome. Thank you for choosing to worship with us today. We

Deacons’ Offering. During the month of March, we are receiving a
special offering to support the work and ministry of our Deacons.
Please use the envelope in your offering box, or write a check and
note “Deacons” on the memo line.
Easter Flowers. Please see the insert in the bulletin for information
on ordering flowers (Lilies or Daffodils) for our Easter worship
service. Today is the last day to submit flower orders.
Applebee’s Fundraiser Breakfast. This Saturday, March 24, we
are hosting a Breakfast Fundraiser to benefit our Summer Mission
Trip to Houston, TX.
The breakfast will be held from 8:00 to 10:00 a.m. at Applebee’s,
1323 Route 22, Phillipsburg. The breakfast will include pancakes,
scrambled eggs, sausage, and a beverage.
Tickets cost $10 per person, and may be purchased before and after
the worship service.
Tickets will also be available at the door.
If you would like to help, volunteers are needed at the restaurant
from 7:30 to 10:30 a.m. the day of the breakfast. Please speak with
Pastor Stephen if you are available to help.
Holy Week Services. Following are the Worship Services for Holy
Palm Sunday, March 25. We will observe Palm Sunday during the
10:30 a.m. Worship Service. There will be a miniature donkey and a
pony at the church at 9:30 a.m.
Good Friday, March 30. We will have a Service of Shadows at
7:30 p.m. in our sanctuary.
Easter Sunday, April 1. We will celebrate Holy Communion during
the 10:30 a.m. Worship Service.
There is no Sunday School on Easter.
Women’s Evening Circle. The Women’s Evening Circle will meet
this Tuesday, March 20 at 6:00 p.m. at Panera.

Needlecraft Group. The Needlecraft Group will meet this Friday,
March 23, at 9:30 a.m. in the Library. This group is open to everyone
– bring a project you are working on, and enjoy time together.

donations! Please leave yarn in the church office.
Attention parents! Please make sure the office has your college
student’s correct mailing address for the second semester. The
Deacons will send out college care packages in April, and we do not
want to miss anyone.

Pray for this Week’s Mission Partners: Johnsonburg Camp &
Retreat Center. In 1959, Johnsonburg Camp & Retreat Center was
established to provide experiential Christian education in support of
the Presbyterian Church in New Jersey. Today, Camp Johnsonburg
continues to provide a place set apart where all people can
experience God’s love within a welcoming Christian community.
Stewartsville Presbyterian Church has been supporting Johnsonburg
Camp & Retreat Center since it was first established.
Friday Devotional Group. The Friday Devotional Group meets
every Friday at 7:15 a.m. at Panera. This is a time to gather together
at the end of each week for study and fellowship. We are reading the
book “Devotional Classics” by Richard Foster.
For Friday, March 23, we will discuss the chapter: “Annie Dillard: To
See Clearly,” pages 345-349.
Books are available on the table in the back of the sanctuary.

One Great Hour of Sharing. The “One Great Hour of Sharing”
offering will be received throughout Lent and Easter.
The Presbyterian Church USA divides the gifts received almost
equally between three programs: Self-Development of People,
Presbyterian Disaster Assistance, and the Presbyterian Hunger
A special envelope is in your 2018 offering envelope box, or you
may write a check noting “OGHS” on the memo line.
Women’s Retreat. Camp Johnsonburg is holding a Spring Women’s
Retreat from Friday, April 20 to Sunday, April 22. Women of all ages
are invited for a weekend of reflection, rejuvenation and recreation.
The cost is $160, which includes two nights’ lodging and meals from
Friday dinner through Sunday lunch. Scholarships are available.

Online Giving. You are now able to support and give to the
Stewartsville Presbyterian Church through the church’s website,
www.stewartsvillepc.org. There you will find a “Give Now” button.
Donations can be made using a credit card, debit card, checking
account, or savings account.
Church Parking. If you are able, please consider parking further
away from the church. This will assist those who need to park closer.

Boy Scout Open House. Boys in grades 5-8 and their parents are
invited to our Troop 61’s Open House on Wednesday, March 28,
from 6:00-8:00 p.m. in the Classrooms. Come and get a taste of

Summer Mission Trip. Our Summer Mission Trip will be to
Houston, TX, from July 7-14. The mission trip is for those currently in
the eighth grade or older. During our week, we will assist those
affected by Hurricane Harvey.
We will have a Mission Trip Meeting today after the worship service.
Camp Johnsonburg Scholarships. Camp Johnsonburg, a ministry
of the seven New Jersey Presbyteries, offers summer programs for
children and youth entering 1 st through 12 th grade. Camp brochures
are available on the table in the back of the sanctuary, or by calling
the church office.
