Easter Flowers. Today is the last day to order Easter flowers (Lilies or Daffodils) for our Easter worship service. Please see the insert in the bulletin for information on ordering flowers.
Applebee’s Fundraiser Breakfast. On Saturday, May 4, we are hosting a Breakfast Fundraiser to benefit our Summer Mission Trip to the Dominican Republic.
The breakfast will be held from 8:00 to 10:00 a.m. at Applebee’s, 1323 Route 22, Phillipsburg. The breakfast will include pancakes, scrambled eggs, sausage, and a beverage.
Tickets cost $10 per person, and may be purchased before and after the worship service.
Tickets will also be available at the door.
If you would like to help, volunteers are needed at the restaurant from 7:30 to 10:30 a.m. the day of the breakfast. Please speak with Pastor Stephen if you are available to help.
Friday Devotional Group. The Friday Devotional Group meets each Friday at 7:15 a.m. in the library. This is a time to gather together at the end of each week for study and fellowship. We are reading the book “Love Does” by Bob Goff.
On Friday, April 12 we will discuss chapter 15, “A Word Not to Use,” and chapter 16, “Hunting Grizzlies.”

Women’s Evening Circle. The Women’s Evening Circle will meet on Tuesday, April 16, at 6:00 p.m. in Roan Hall.

Food on the First. Thank you to everyone who donated food today for the Catholic Charities Food Pantry. Please remember that you can always donate food items on any Sunday by placing them in the box in the back of the sanctuary.
New Year’s Bible Challenge. Members and friends of the Stewartsville Presbyterian Church are encouraged to read the entire New Testament throughout the course of 2019.

Pray for This Week’s Mission Partner: NORWESCAP Food Bank. The NORWESCAP Food Bank distributes over 2 million pounds of food annually to more than 120 pantries, shelters, soup kitchens, on-site feeding programs, child care centers, senior centers, and programs for the disabled in Hunterdon, Sussex and Warren counties. Our Adult Lunch Group collects monetary donations for the Food Bank at their monthly luncheons.
Summer Mission Trip. This summer’s mission trip will be to the Dominican Republic through Foundation for Peace. We will be going for 8 days, August 1-8.

Women’s Retreat. Camp Johnsonburg is holding a Spring Women’s Retreat from Friday, April 26 to Sunday, April 28. Women of all ages are invited for a weekend of reflection, rejuvenation and recreation.
The cost is $170, which includes two nights’ lodging and meals from Friday dinner through Sunday lunch. Scholarships are available.

One Great Hour of Sharing. The “One Great Hour of Sharing” offering will be received throughout Lent and Easter.
The Presbyterian Church USA divides the gifts received almost equally between three programs: Self-Development of People, Presbyterian Disaster Assistance, and the Presbyterian Hunger Program. A special envelope is in your 2019 offering envelope box, or you can write a check noting “OGHS” on the memo line.
April Newsletter. Copies of the April church newsletter are available on the table in the back of the sanctuary. If you are not receiving the newsletter at home but would like to, we can either send it to you by regular mail or e-mail. Devotionals. The new issue of the large-print edition of “Our Daily Bread” is available on the table in the back of the sanctuary.
Children’s Activity Bins. There are Children’s Activity Bins in the back of the sanctuary. These contain a variety of activities. We ask that they please be put back at the end of the worship service.
